For clients traveling to work with Elizabeth, the following information is offered to help you feel supported and fully prepared for your visit.

session planning

For out-of-state clients, Elizabeth typically recommends focusing on two-day sessions, and in some cases, three consecutive days.

Two-day sessions are often very manageable with the right mindset. Some clients choose to work across three days to make more significant progress; however, this can be more demanding on both the body and mind and is not for everyone. You are invited to check in with yourself and choose what feels most right for you and your body.

Projects over multiple days will be planned across separate trips, at the pace that feels right for you.

before & after your session

Tattooing—especially blackwork—can be physically intensive. It is important to prepare your body and allow space for recovery.

If possible, plan for one to two days of rest after your session before flying home.

You are also advised to take a few days off from work if possible following your appointment to support proper healing and integration.

The studio and nearby accommodations are approximately a 30-minute drive from the airport.

Rideshare services such as Uber are readily available to and from the airport.

If you prefer more autonomy during your stay and would like to explore Jacksonville at your own pace, renting a car may be a good option. Otherwise, Uber is a convenient and reliable choice.
